Evie Daisypath Anniversary tickers PitaPata Cat tickers

Evie is 2 years, 6 months and 3 weeks old; Eric is 4 years old!

Photos taken this week: 59

Evie’s speech is coming along so well, she is using full sentences and I can understand almost everything she says. She is still going to the bathroom every 15 minutes. Potty training two kids at once is kicking my butt!

Evie woke up on the wrong side of the bed today and has not been a happy camper. Example: She and Eric were looking at a book and she decided it was too far away from her, or Eric was hogging it, or something and she tackled him and started screaming and yelling at him. Once he was properly subdued, she got up, took her book to a safe distance, then returned to Eric to yell at him some more, screeching, “please stop!!!” and putting her hand out to stop him, then pointing towards the door and calling is name and pointing, basically telling him to get out. Eric was just sitting there sort of baffled at the on-goings and kept bringing his hand up to his forehead as if to say, “What on earth???”

The lego craze has taken hold!

Eric and Daddy work together to make all kinds of amazing vehicles

Jacob and Eric at the park. Jacob goes to preschool with Eric. On Monday afternoons we meet Jacob and his mom at the park so the kids can all play together.

bike riding with Daddy and Bailey and Evie (see below)

She is getting better at trying to peddle by herself.

waving to her shadow, lol, how cute is that?!?

I really like ice cream and so I think Eric is trying really hard to like it too. He asked for a waffle cone but didn't want any ice cream in it. So I got him a sample spoon with some chocolate ice cream on it. He didn't end up eating either.

Really cute. I remember the day at B-R when we bought that empty sugar cone for Eric because he wasn't interested in any ice cream!
