Evie is 2 years, 8 months and 2 weeks old; Eric is 4 years old!

Photos taken this week: 36

Oct 31: first hot cup of tea of the season (chai with chocolate creamer! Yum!)

We tried on a few different Halloween costumes, some under duress, lol. Apparently she did NOT want to be chicken little. She's really cute in it tho...

She doesn't seem to mind being Batman, or is that Bat girl... Bat woman?

Thankfully, this was everyone's favorite, lol. I've photoshopped in the necklace, earrings, makeup, mole, nail polish, toe polish, and etc.

The head piece turned out really well, I was quite pleased. Unfortunately, it poured down rain in the middle of trick-or-treating and destroyed it. At least I got the picture before-hand!

At first, trick-or-treating is hard. I always tell the kids not to knock on the neighbors' doors or talk to strangers or take candy from anyone, lol. So it takes a few houses before they feel comfortable.

Sometimes it takes more than a few houses... yikes, this thing was scary, it shrieked and cackled when you walked up! She is such a tough cookie!

Eric caught on quickly and was eager to ring the door bells and greet new people. Even tho he never ate any candy (because he said he didn't like it), he was having a lot of fun.

Evie liked ringing the door bell but she didn't say 'trick-or-treat' very many times. She did like the candy tho and ate quite a bit of it, lol!

We carved pumpkins after the fact.

It was a lot of fun.

Look at that cute hair bow!

I carved Thomas the Tank Engine for Eric and Scott carved a kitty cat for Evie.

Here's what they look like all lit up with candles!

This was always my most favorite time with Scott and David.
