Week 28 (Month 7)

I had a dream last night about Eric! This is the first baby dream I have had since we found out the sex! In the dream he was a toddler and looked like Hub, he was smiling at me - it was the cutest thing EVER!

Eric now weighs two and a quarter pounds (like a Chinese cabbage) and measures 14.8 inches from the top of his head to his heels. He can blink his eyes, which now sport lashes. With his eyesight developing, he may be able to see the light that filters in through my womb.

Our doula is very big on positive visualization, so each week at birthing class she has us do an art project. This week we did some artwork on the bump, Hub drew our family! It brought me tears of joy! Check it out below...

btw, i really like the physical visualization exercise. i think this is extremely effective. reminds me of that part in that movie "What The Bleep Do We Know" where the girl draws flowers and hearts and kisses all over her body to remind herself to love herself, first and foremost, and remember how thoughts impact our bodies on a cellular level.
