Evie has a VERY strong opinion regarding television shows, if she does not like the one that is currently on, she will turn the TV off. If you turn the TV back on and do not immediately put on a show she is interested in, she has a temper tantrum that lasts for at least 10 minutes.
I wanted to have some professional-looking Age Four photos of Eric, so we got some props together and headed to the railroad tracks. We talked about the train and how it runs on the tracks and how dangerous it can be if we are too close to it. We actually saw a train come by and Eric was fascinated as to how loud and big it was and I think he understood better what I meant when I said that if we got too close it could hurt us. The pix turned out great, and I photo-shopped several to give them a vintage look.
